Breath work and mindfulness coach, Avi Greenberg joins us today to share his story about how he managed to overcome the lowest point in his life where he battled weight issues, addiction, lack of sleep and overall stress as a young adult.
After discovering the Wim Hof Method, he managed to change his life forever and now he uses what he has learned to help others. His training techniques include breath work, ice baths, exercise and mindset training where he pushes his clients outside their comfort zones so they can develop better tools for dealing with stress.
