64. Sharon Gannon's Wisdom For a Compassionate World Through Yoga

Gather around my dear children, I have a super cool episode for you...

Meet Sharon Gannon, artist, dancer, musician, poet, activist, and founder of Jivamukti Yoga which teaches compassion for all living beings. She is the author of over 14 books, she's created a global yoga practice as a means to unite, she strives daily to be closer to God, and every day she lives her life to uplift others.

In this episode Sharon tells us about her past as an artist, her transition to veganism, and her desire to create lasting positive change in the world. Most of us think of yoga as a workout but in this episode we discover it is so much more. We delve deep into how yoga is directly correlated with veganism, enlightenment, love, peace, union, connection and everlasting happiness.

I feel like I've only scratched the surface with Sharon but here's what we were able to talk about in an hour podcast episode. If you feel inspired after watching, check out some of Sharon's work below. Enjoy the episode.
